Farmland Foods Consumer Newsletter Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. All Farmland Foods competitions promoted on Farmland Foods' Facebook and/or Instagram page are organized by Farmland Foods Limited (“Farmland Foods”) upon the following Terms and Conditions.

  3. No competitions and promotions are sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering a contest, you understand that you are providing your information to Farmland Foods and not to Facebook or Instagram.
  4. Contests will begin on the date that the competition post (the “Post”) is posted on Facebook/Instagram (unless specified in the Post) and will close at the given time and date specified in the Post.
  5. Entry into any prize draw is only open to residents of New Zealand.
  6. Employees of Farmland Foods, Farmland Foods' associated companies, and Farmland Foods' agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter any competitions.
  7. To enter the prize draw, you must correctly complete all fields in the form.
  8. The winner will be drawn at random on the date mentioned in the post/written text. 
  9. The Prize consists of: a Farmland cooler bag, pen, pad, beanie, and $100 grocery voucher. 
  10. The winner will receive the prize via a single delivery. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Competition winners will be notified through email or phone. Farmland Foods will require the competition winner to provide their address to Farmland Foods for prize delivery. If Farmland Foods is unable to contact the winner within 5 days of the close of the competition, Farmland Foods may re-draw the prize or determine that the prize is forfeited.
  12. All competitions and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by New Zealand law.
  13. Farmland Foods may vary these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify, or cancel any competition or the prizes at any time without notice.
  14. Farmland Foods will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however, caused, arising out of your participation in any competition.
